The painting "Portovenere... Cinque Terre" is a work that arises from the desire to capture the essence and beauty of my travels in this enchanting region. The lower part of the painting is dominated by the blue of the sea, a direct reference to the vastness and serenity of the waters that bathe these coasts. I applied some sand, to make the texture and warmth of the grains feel.
Among the waves, I inserted small boats and turrets, symbols of marine life and the traditions of Portovenere. The typical colorful houses of the place add liveliness and character to the scene, evoking the joy and history of these villages.
At the top of the painting, I painted a pink sky that represents the magic and tranquility of the sunsets that I admired during my stays. In the center, a symbolic sun shines, spreading heat and light.
